About the Apartment:

Our apartment is 40m² in size and has its own sauna. The apartment and all fournitures are brand new from summer 2023. It’s on the first floor, so no stairs to climb.

Sleeping Arrangements (Suitable for 4 people in total):

– Bedroom: A comfy double bed measuring 160x200cm

– Living Room: A sofa-bed that can be turned into a bed, measuring 145x195cm

Kitchen:

Our kitchen is well-equipped for your cooking needs. You’ll find a washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and oven, among other things. Check out all the amenities in the ‘what this place offers’ section.

Sauna:

You can enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna experience right in the bathroom. No need to pay for a touristy sauna tour – your private sauna is all here for you.

Fatbike Rental:

For just 59€ extra, you can have access to 1 fatbike for your entire stay. It’s a fun and convenient way to explore Rovaniemi. You can visit places like Santa Claus Village (7.9km away), Arktikum Museum (800m away), the ski resort (4km away), and the beautiful Lappish forest without relying on taxis.

The price includes also a helmet and locker.
